offering Private, Group or Children's Lesson must reside in Japan
at the contact address given. |

offering Online Lessons may live anywhere in the world but it
is suggested that you have a head set with mic and a video cam and
know how to use them well in the event you may have to help
potential students get set up. A Cable or High Speed Internet
Connection is also a Must. It is your responsibility to work out
with students the form of software you will use. MS Messenger,
Yahoo Messenger or whatever you decide. |

| Payment:
This service is only a means of finding students and teachers and
the users of the site are not under the employment of English
Quick PRO. Neither will English Quick PRO get involved with
payment problems that may arise although we would like to be
informed about them. You will have to agree with your students
ahead of time regarding payment times and methods. We are not a go
between regarding lesson payments as this must be worked out
between students and teachers. We would suggest using
paypal.com for your online lesson payments as it's free and simple
to use. |

| Teachers are
responsible to keep their profile updated and must agree
beforehand that your profile will be open to the public for
viewing except for your contact information which will only be
given to prospective students. You can also ask us to delete
your profile from the site at any given time. |

cancellations and conduct: Please try to stay in good
communications with your students and teachers and be considerate
regarding cancellations by giving each other as much advance
notice as possible. Teachers are responsible to prepare the lesson
but students please express your learning interests so you may get
the most out of each lesson. Be professional with each other and
